The previous weekend from 30th March-1st April I had another birding weekend outing from Friday
afternoon to Sunday morning with birder from Standerton in Mpumalanga.
We had a great weekend as always birding from the most birding
hotspots in the Soutpansberg and Venda;Entabeni Forest,Botanical
Garden and Sagole Baobab Tree.We had a number of birds seen around
those areas and Johan managed to get between 5-6 lifers but the
highlighted birds amongst many birds were the sighting of

Pink Throated Twinspot
Mottled Spinetail
Green Twinspot
Lemon Dove
Bat Hawk
Yellow-Streaked Greenbul
Grey Cuckooshrike
Knysna Turaco
Olive Woodpecker
Scaly Throated Honeyguide
Retz's Helmet-Shrike
